When you get to this point in life where you think can you live on Salads? I think the answer is yes you can as long as you also eat other healthier meals. I think my weight loosing process is going well, I think I can manage my food. Its not even that I eat a lot, I cant stick to breakfast in the mornings and I used to eat breakfast around lunch time. There have been days where I wouldn't eat anything and all I have is a hot chocolate from Cafe Nero and I will only eat lunch at work. I did gain weight due to baby birth but I think I have tried my best to loose all the baby fat. There is a saying in the tamil culture, you shouldn't drink water or something for 30days after giving birth. I seriously think that is nonsense but then again I did gain weight so I am not sure if I believe it or not. I guess at times I do say maybe I shouldn't have drank water lol. Baby fat is the worst because when you become pregnant your entire body changes and you become a different person. I was properly emotional which is not me at all. It is crazy how you can change from 1-50 plus in your mood when you are pregnant. It is very important to stay fit even after giving birth otherwise you become fat and huge. I think I went from a size 6/8 to size 14 now which is bad. I am working on it. My tops are however still size 8 but at times size 10. I am a person who needs flavours in life I can not eat anything without flavour to it. I am not sure if this is because I am Sri Lankan but flavours are needed. The picture above is a salad I bought in McDonalds in Denmark. It was delicious!! Seriously what kind off salads do we get here? I think the only acceptable salad I can properly eat from a fast food place would be KFC. I don't even want to start about UK McDonalds Salads, eww they are horrible. KFC Chicken at least has flavour to it yes maybe not the healthiest but I defiantly prefer their chicken.
